2. User Responsibilities

• Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their wallet and account credentials.
• HorseRun.io is not liable for any loss resulting from lost or compromised wallet access keys.
• Any fraudulent, illegal, or exploitative use of the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Users acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible and cannot be undone once confirmed.

3. NFT Ownership

• All in-game horses and digital assets are stored as NFTs on the blockchain.
• HorseRun.io provides the infrastructure but does not control or own users' NFTs.
• Users are free to sell, trade, or transfer their NFTs through supported marketplaces.
• Once recorded, blockchain transactions are permanent and non-reversible.

4. Game Economy and Risk Disclaimer

• The value of NFTs and in-game tokens may fluctuate based on market conditions.
• HorseRun.io does not guarantee the future value or liquidity of any digital asset.
• Users understand that participation in blockchain-based games involves financial risk and accept full responsibility for their actions and decisions.

5. Third-Party Services

HorseRun.io integrates third-party platforms and tools, including but not limited to: MetaMask, WalletConnect, and OpenSea.

• We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or security of these third-party services.
• Users must review and comply with each provider's own terms and privacy policies.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All trademarks, game assets, visuals, logos, and content associated with HorseRun.io are the exclusive property of the Horse Run team.
• No part of the platform may be copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

• HorseRun.io shall not be held liable for any losses arising from technical issues, blockchain delays, smart contract bugs, server outages, or third-party failures.
• Users participate and interact with the platform at their own risk.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

• HorseRun.io reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts found to be violating the Terms, engaging in fraud, or threatening platform security.
• In such cases, digital assets or NFTs may not be recoverable or refundable.
